Our in-person Strength & Conditioning Program is engineered to develop speed, strength, explosiveness, and game-ready conditioning using proven training methods tailored to lacrosse.


From U9 rookies to Junior A to Pro, our athletes train with purpose—and get results.

Programs by Age & Season

U17–Junior: Champion's Blueprint

December–March (16 Weeks)
3 sessions/week | Small group (6–8 athletes)


Built for the serious athlete chasing a roster, scholarship, or contract.


  • Develop elite-level explosiveness, strength, and speed
  • Program designed for maximum power output and performance
  • Includes complete nutrition package
  • App-based progress tracking and accountability tools



U9–15: Preseason Blueprint

February–March (8 Weeks)
2 sessions/week


Prepare to dominate your club season before it even starts.


  • Focused on speed, agility, and bodyweight strength
  • Foundation work to bulletproof joints and improve movement mechanics
  • Develop power safely through fun, functional workouts
